“ Ordered the spicy beef noodles on a cold rainy day. Excellent, warming bowl; heat was tingly and broth was traditional with plenty of chili oil. The beef was generous amounts of braised shank, tender with a slight chew. Bowl was topped with shaved and onions and cilantro, and came with typical side toppings of bean sprouts, Thai basil, and lime for you to garnish as you wish. A decently priced, heartwarming soup to soothe your soul on a cold day - definitely venture from the pho to give this a try. ”
“ We absolutely love Unphogettable pho! Their Pho is flavorful and comforting and the short ribs vermicelli is one of our favorites - tender, tasted and perfectly done. One thing we really appreciate is that they don’t used MSG , yet the food is still incredibly delicious. Our order are always prepared quickly and the. Service is friendly and efficient. Plus there are plenty of parking spots, which make the whole experience even more convenient. Highly recommend. ”
“ Update 1-2025 I love stopping here on my way through north bend. It was just as good today as it was 6 years ago and 2 years ago. We will keep coming back!!! 2019 or thereabouts... We enjoyed excellent Pho here on our drive through North Bend. Servings were tasty, generous (regular size) and the price reasonable. “ Went in for lunch at 3:00 pm. The service was prompt and the food arrived piping hot and smelled amazing. We ordered Tofu Rolls, Vegetarian Pho and Chicken Vermicelli. All 3 dishes were absolutely drool worthy. Vietnamese food is a hot or miss for me but this place was most definitely a hit. ”

“ Great family run business with fantastic food, I'm not a pho guy but this was a real treat. My wife had the grilled chicken and rice and it was even better than the pho! We also got the Thai milk tea (can't miss) and the strawberry smoothie (too sweet for us). Overall this was one of the best meals I've ever had in a "small town", and we've had a lot of small town meals! ”

The broth for the pho was divine, the pork for the bowl was charred to perfection, and the mangonada was so refreshing. The service was also fantastic our waitress was noticeably very kind to every table. I also like how they decorated their white wall with different places for Vietnam. Overall a wonderful experience and meal. ”
